Mili - Rethymno Prefecture (Greece)
Mili. The abandoned village of Mili is located on the Greek island of Crete, south of the city of Rethymnon. Only a taverna remains open, you can reach it by taking a walk of about 10 minutes from the road, the food is delicious. Mili is also a beautiful green gorge, one can hike here. The flowing streams and old abandoned buildings and the small church are really nice to see. A large part of the walk is between the trees which provide pleasant shade. We recommend you bring your camera for amazing views!
